  • You will be responsible for the structuring and financing of investment funds in Private Equity.
  • You will draft and negotiate legal documents such as agreements and security packages.
  • Ensuring legal monitoring will also be part of your daily responsibilities.
  • You will be in direct contact with your clients, advising them and drafting legal opinions.
Profile and Career Path | Attorney – Lawyer – Finance – Funds – Law firm
  • To be in line with the position requirements, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a fund lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
  • To understand the financial vehicles you will be working with, experience in Private Equity funds is appreciated.
  • Fluency in English is essential to ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues. Any additional language, such as French and/or German, will be considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills are a must to meet deadlines and satisfy clients.
