  • Drafting and reviewing fund documentation, legal opinions, shareholder agreements, and client correspondence.
  • Advising on the structuring, set-up, and day-to-day management of AIFs and other regulated/unregulated fund structures.
  • Supporting senior lawyers on cross-border transactions and liaising directly with clients, regulators, and service providers.
  • Conducting legal research on fund-related matters and staying up to date with Luxembourg fund regulations.
Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – AIF – Legal Career – Lawyer – Fund
  • You have between 1 and 3 years of experience in a law firm in Luxembourg, ideally in the field of investment funds or corporate law with fund exposure.
  • You are a qualified lawyer (member of the list I, II or IV).
  • You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus.
  • You are dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong drafting and communication skills.
  • You appreciate working in a focused and growing structure, where you can make a real impact.

  • A salary up to €75,000 gross/year depending on your experience.
