Job descriptionPosition OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Tax Compliance Officer with a solid background in the Luxembourg investment fund industry to manage and prepare tax compliance returns for a diverse portfolio of fund structures and their holding entities.Key ResponsibilitiesTax Return Preparation & Review
  • Prepare corporate income tax and municipal business tax returns for fund structures and their holding companies (Form 500 and 205).
  • Coordinate with accountants to ensure correct year-end tax reporting figures.
  • Ensure correct application of Luxembourg domestic tax rules and fund-specific tax regimes.
  • Assist senior colleagues on ad-hoc tax queries, and finalization of tax returns.
  • Maintain tax compliance calendars and ensure timely filings.
Required profileProfile & QualificationsTechnical Skills
  • Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in accounting/tax, ideally within fund administration.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Luxembourg corporate tax returns (IRC/ICC) and Net wealth tax compliance
  • Fund structures and vehicle types (SOPARFI, SPV, SCSp/SCS, SICAR, SIF, RAIF).
  • Luxembourg tax legislation and administrative practices.
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Client-focused mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Team spirit and work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
