  • You will be drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and legal opinions.
  • You will ensure direct contact with clients and provide them with personalized advice in order to build strong relationships.
  • Legal monitoring will be part of your responsibilities to keep your clients updated on new regulations and to help set up new strategies to ensure compliance.
  • You will be involved in the setup and restructuring of investment funds.
Profile and Career Path | Legal – Law – Attorney – Finance – Investment funds
  • You have at least one year of experience as an investment fund lawyer in Luxembourg, which will facilitate your integration into the law firm.
  • To ensure effective communication with your clients, colleagues, and third parties, you are fluent in French and English.
  • You are a lawyer and a member of the Bar (Liste I or II).
  • To understand the type of funds you will be working with, you are familiar with AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds).
