Effective October 2022, a new chapter began and our company is a part of Azenta Inc., a leading worldwide provider of life sciences solutions.Our Finance team is looking for a new talent, starting at the earliest possible time as "Accounts Receivable and Cash Operations Specialist​ (m/f/d)" in Hosingen, Luxembourg.How you’ll add valueWe are looking for a "Accounts Receivable and Cash Operations Specialist (m/f/d)", who join the finance team and will be responsible for operations and policies related to cash management (across multiple countries and banks), foreign exchange, and payment processing.What you’ll do
  • Manage payment processing and daily payment runs
  • Monitor cash daily and ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet on-going operational and capital investment requirements
  • Develop processes and systems to determine daily worldwide cash position; track and manage intra-company funding
  • Forecast sources and uses of cash, prepare monthly cash forecast
  • Assess, manage and mitigate foreign currency exposure
  • Work with banks, customers, and other external partners; maintain banking relationships
  • Assist with KYC reporting, fraud prevention monitoring and other tasks as required
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or related topic such as Economics).
  • 5-10 years relevant work experience in back-office payment position or a similar position in industrial /operational environment.
  • Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and be reliable in delivering work against deadlines
  • Ability to work well within a team and to collaborate with business partners across multiple functions, including external contacts
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Analytical, critical thinking and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting
  • Fourth Shift or other accounting software
  • English plus French and/or German required
  • Proficient in MS Office
