Effective October 2022, a new chapter began and our company is a part of Azenta Inc., a leading worldwide provider of life sciences solutions.Our Quality Control team is looking for a new talent, starting at the earliest possible time as Quality Control End of Line Team Leader (m/f/d) in Hosingen, Luxembourg.How you’ll add valueWe are looking for an Quality Control End of Line Team Leader (m/f/d), who will supervise and validate the operating mode of the testing operations to ensure the proper functionality and performance of devices according to the specifications.What you’ll do
  • Report and lead daily dialogue meetings for End of Line
  • Support, coordinate and supervise End of Line Test Operators
  • Develop, assist and execute End of Line test procedures
  • Perform release of products
  • Carry out electrical safety, functional and performance tests according test instructions
  • Carry out quality assurance measures to guarantee product’s quality according to standards
  • Detect, investigate and report equipment issues affecting testing accuracy and capacity
  • Design and develop processes and systems to improve End of Line activities
  • Assist in problem solving and implementation of corrective actions
  • Create, update and distribute test plans, test instructions, checklists and parameter lists.
What you’ll bring
  • Master’s degree in mechanical / Thermal Systems or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment with high quality standards
  • Team leader experience is an asset
  • Team player
  • Robust analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective listening, information sharing, detail and team oriented, demonstrating strong communication skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
  • Quality and timely decision making
  • Ability to follow instructions and support on regular report assignments
  • Results oriented with effective interpersonal and communications skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of Engineering drawings, documentation and cooling systems
  • Mechanical and electrical inspection methods
  • Experienced in temperature data monitoring and acquisition systems
  • Statistics and statistical process control theory and principles
  • Problem-solving tools (8D process, etc)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), knowledge of German is an asset
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office 365
