Responsibilities include international entity formation/maintenance, ongoing subsidiary compliance matters, acquisition and restructuring projects, and liaising with external counsel and internal business and legal partners. Candidate must thrive on the challenge of a fast-paced environment and work autonomously to execute multiple time-sensitive projects. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
Previous work experience as a corporate paralegal or related experience with a multinational/Fortune 500 company or law firm, including entity governance, board/director communications, and compliance with statutory obligations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong judgment, even in ambiguous situations, and discretion with confidential matters

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working cross functionally across several teams
Experience in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations or project management
Experience drafting and negotiating corporate documentation and conducting legal due diligence
Proficiency in Global Entity Management System (GEMS) or other entity management system
Experience using and building AI tools to simplify workflows
