As a B Corp Certified group, we are committed to sustainable practices, meaningful partnerships, and long-term value creation.To reinforce our Team of 120 people, we are actively looking for an experienced and passionate Social Media Manager.Your MissionWe're looking for a Social Media Manager to own TEGO's presence across our brands and platforms. You'll manage how Cover Styl, Solar Screen, and Protector show up online, build our employer brand on LinkedIn, and be the daily voice of our communities across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and beyond. What you ‘ll do:
- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube for Cover Styl', Solar Screen, and Protector
- Develop platform-specific strategies tailored to each brand's audience: architects, designers, installers, distributors, and end-customers
- Manage daily community engagement across all brand channels: comments, DMs, conversations, and relationship-building with our installer and designer communities
- Brief and collaborate with designers and creators to produce reels, stories, carousels, and project showcases
- Build and execute TEGO's employer brand on LinkedIn in partnership with HR, showcasing culture, people, and life at TEGO
- Coordinate social content with product launches, campaigns, and commercial actions
- Track and report on performance across all brands, using data to continuously improve
- 3 to 5 years of social media management experience, ideally in design, architecture, B2B, or premium lifestyle brands
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Strong visual sensibility and excellent copywriting skills in English and French (any another European language is a real plus)
- Comfortable with video content (reels, short-form, behind-the-scenes) and tools like Canva, Later, or Hootsuite
- Organized, autonomous, and genuinely community-obsessed
