The group stands out for its entrepreneurial approach, high operational standards and its ability to create concepts that have a lasting impact on the local market.Among them, HITCH stands as a flagship — a venue where premium dining and vibrant nightlife come together in a unique, high-energy environment.Your roleAs General Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance of the venue, both operationally and financially.Your main responsibilities include:Oversee daily operations across all functions: service, purchasing, staffing, cost control and supplier managementLead, structure and develop a large, multicultural team with high standards and strong engagementDrive overall performance: monitor KPIs, manage budgets, control costs and ensure profitability (GOP)Ensure a consistent, high-level guest experience across all service periods, from lunch to late-nightCoordinate and oversee key events, ensuring flawless execution and premium positioningWork closely with internal teams (marketing, HR, finance) to align operations with group strategyContribute to the venue’s visibility and positioning, including social media direction in collaboration with the marketing teamEnsure full compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulationsYour profileSignificant experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong operational expertise combined with solid financial understandingProven ability to lead and structure large teamsComfortable in demanding, high-expectation environmentsClear leadership style: hands-on, structured and solution-orientedFluent in English; additional languages (French, German or Luxembourgish) are a plusStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityWhat we offerA key leadership role in one of Luxembourg’s most visible hospitality venuesA competitive salary package aligned with the level of responsibilityGroup benefits (health, perks, discounts)Ongoing development opportunities within Concept&PartnersReal career progression opportunities across the group
