.Scope and PurposeSupport the origination, evaluation, credit process, closing and monitoring of project finance and leveraged acquisition transactions with a focus on the energy, TMT and transportation sectors.In particular:
  • Execute transactions, providing structuring, modelling, administrative, and negotiation support to originators
  • Direct Responsibility for actively monitoring and supervising Project Finance assets
  • Manage/Monitor portfolio activities, performing credit review, waiver & amendment processing, or any other aspect of portfolio administration
  • Compose Credit Applications and interact with credit and loan administration departments
  • Perform related duties assigned by Business Director and/or the Head of Department, and participate in special projects as required
Required Experience3-4 years experience in project finance transactions, including due diligence, Credit Analysis, Execution, Documentation and AdministrationCompetencies Required
  • Undergraduate Degree in Finance
  • Practical knowledge of financial products, Finance, Accounting, and documentation
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
