  • You will draft and review core legal documents such as loan agreements, security packages, and regulatory filings.
  • You will assist in negotiating transaction terms and coordinating with counterparties on behalf of clients.
  • You will provide tailored legal advice on regulatory matters affecting financial institutions and financing structures.
  • You will contribute to the coordination of complex cross-border transactions involving multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions.
  • You may be asked to support and train junior lawyers as part of your progression within the team.
Profile and Career Path | Banking – Finance – Regulatory – Law Firm – Legal Advisory
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a lawyer in Banking & Finance within a law firm in Luxembourg.
  • You are fluent in both French and English; German is considered a valuable asset given the firm’s international scope.
  • You are organised, meticulous and capable of handling technical documentation under time-sensitive conditions.
  • You enjoy working in a team-oriented environment where collaboration and continuous learning are encouraged.
  • You have a strong interest in developing your expertise in cross-border finance and regulatory frameworks.
