  • Lead and support improvements in process capability within the Mixing & Preparation area
  • Implement and industrialize new products, processes, and material solutions
  • Optimize formulations and drive material design initiatives, including second-source raw materials
  • Troubleshoot quality and technical challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strengthen product quality, reduce waste, and enhance continuous improvement systems
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (People Leader, Process & Reliability Specialists) to deliver team KPIs
  • Partner with QTECH and Regional Purchasing to address material availability and quality topics.
What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer/Material Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within plant quality or technology environments.
  • Background in continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or plant optimization approaches.
  • Strong analytical thinking and confidence in problem-solving in complex environments.
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Fluent English and French (German or Luxembourgish is a plus; Portuguese welcome).
  • Solid digital skills (MS Office, especially Excel/VBA; knowledge of tools like Minitab is an advantage).
