Relocation planned this year to our brand-new Industry 4.0 plant in Bissen, a modern site designed to enhance both team collaboration and industrial performance.💼 Your mission: drive sales growth across Western EuropeAs a Sales Engineer, you hold a key role in driving commercial performance and customer development across Western Europe (France, Benelux, Netherlands...).Combining technical expertise and commercial strategy, you strengthen relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and support the expansion of Rotarex solutions across key markets.Key responsibilitiesSales leadership & market developmentOversee daily sales operations across Western European marketsIdentify and develop new customers, markets, and product opportunitiesBuild, maintain, and grow long-term customer relationshipsPropose and implement action plans to achieve business objectivesCustomer engagement & technical supportConduct regular customer visits to understand needs and deliver tailored solutionsProvide strong technical and commercial support to clientsPrepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offersSupport product category development and contribute to product launchesSales performance & reportingManage and track sales activities and opportunities using CRM toolsProduce visit reports and quarterly commercial reportsMonitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activitiesAchieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIsCollaboration & coordinationCollaborate with internal teams using SharePoint and SAPSupport cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial efficiencyParticipate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives🛠 Required technical skillsDegree in Commercial Engineering or equivalent experienceStrong technical aptitude (mechanical and chemical knowledge is a plus)Proven experience in international sales environmentsExperience with CRM systems, SharePoint, and SAP, or willingness to learnFluent English and French (additional languages are an advantage)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectivelyPosition based at Headquarters in Lintgen and then Bissen (Luxembourg)✅ Personal skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindsetStrong customer focus and relationship-building abilitiesFlexibility and willingness to travel across Western Europe✨ What makes this role uniqueA strategic commercial role covering multiple Western European marketsA combination of technical expertise and business developmentHigh level of autonomy with direct customer and market exposureA dynamic international environment with strong growth opportunitiesA key position contributing directly to business expansion and market developmentWhat you will find at RotarexThe strength of a global industrial group with a human-sized organizationAn international and collaborative working environmentOpportunities for professional growth and career developmentA modern workplace in a state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 facilityCompetitive benefits and flexible working conditionsRecruitment process1st interview: HR & Sales Management (online)
