- Industrialization of glass processes and equipment
- Process development and validation, e.g. with prototype lines
- Design and technical specifications of equipment
- Technical lead of industrialization projects and ram up support
- Continuous improvement and innovation
- Master/Bachelor in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline. Alternative: Equivalent technical education combined with extensive industrial experience. Preferred: Specialization in manufacturing engineering, production systems, or automation
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience (automotive, industrialization, process engineer etc)
- Technical competencies: Industrialization & Manufacturing, Equipment & Production Systems, Automotive / Quality Methods, Data & Problem Solving
- Personal Competencies: Analytical mindset, Hands-on mentality, Strong communication skills, Structured and solution-oriented approach, Ownership and accountability
- International Collaboration: Fluent English skills (written and spoken) (any further language is advantage), Experience working in international project environments, Willingness to travel occasionally to production sites and suppliers
