  • You will be in charge of overseeing the smooth daily operations as a part of the Transfer Agency team. These procedures include the creation and upkeep of the funds.
  • You will be in charge of overseeing transactions by verifying and documenting all issued transactions.
  • You will communicate with the registrar as the initial point of contact with investors and ensure that dividend payments and other transactions are issued on schedule.
  • Throughout the lifespan of the businesses and for the onboarding of investment vehicles, you will be responsible for doing AML/KYT due diligence checks.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as Transfer Agent in Luxembourg, in a PFS or Fiduciary. We could also consider the profiles of corporate officers who have had the chance to maintain the registers up to date and who wish to acquire new skills in the transfer agency domain.
  • If you are more senior and have 4 or 5 years of experience for example, we also invite you to apply as this is certainly feasible for our client.
  • Your spoken and written English is at a fluent level. An intermediate level of French (which does not necessarily need to be very fluent verbally) is also asked.
