Job Description:Mandate Management Officer (M/F)We are currently seeking a Mandate Management Officer to join a dynamic team responsible for overseeing operational aspects of mandate lifecycle management. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives while ensuring the smooth execution of mandate termination, governance, and reporting processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain data related to mandate terminations.
  • Support and enhance the mandate termination dashboard.
  • Develop a comprehensive glossary for mandate termination terminology.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for mandate closures.
  • Assist in standardizing templates used for mandate terminations.
  • Participate in governance activities including investment boards, steering committees, reporting, and archiving.
  • Contribute to audits, monitoring, and evaluation activities across mandates.
  • Collaborate on mandate reporting and ensure accurate data updates in dedicated systems.
  • Support digitalization and streamlining of internal workflows, including cross-functional initiatives such as process improvements and system upgrades.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to team members on termination, governance, and reporting tasks as needed.
Additional Duties:
  • Prepare and deliver regular operational reports with a focus on accuracy and consistency, particularly for Private Equity and/or Guarantee business lines.
  • Liaise with mandate relationship managers and internal departments (Finance, Risk, Mandate Services) to ensure compliance and alignment with internal procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
  • University degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-graduate experience in a similar role or in middle office, audit, fund administration, accounting, finance, or banking, with exposure to operations monitoring and/or client reporting.
  • Familiarity with financial products such as guarantees, securitization, structured finance, private equity, or EU programmes is a strong asset.
  • Solid knowledge of standard IT systems.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.
Technical Skills (Preferred):
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, and Excel.
  • Experience in data visualization and creating visually engaging reports.
