- Performance and Rewards Initiatives: you play an important role in Luxembourg's Performance and Rewards activities, including the preparation and execution of the annual compensation cycle, monitoring of market practices, budgeting, performance management, and maintaining job architecture. You also support local communication efforts around Performance & Rewards matters.
- HR system and data accuracy: you ensure the accuracy of compensation data in our HR system (Workday) as well as you work closely with our HR colleagues to make sure they have the information they need to perform their work. You gather and prepare compensation data for benchmarks and for internal and external regulatory reports.
- Ensure compliance: you play a pivotal role in ensuring that Performance & Rewards documentation and processes adhere to both internal and external policies and requirements. You will also support internal and external audit requests and gather relevant data and documentation. You contribute to regular activities such as identifying regulated staff.
- Management of inquiries: you address standard Performance and Rewards questions from our internal customers and HR colleagues, ensuring complex requests are efficiently routed to the appropriate stakeholders.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Experience within the Financial sector and in the field of Rewards is considered as an advantage.

- Ability to understand complex regulatory landscape how this translates into practice.
- An analytical mindset, data-driven approach and able to “roll up sleeves” are crucial.
- Team player and ability to partner with multiple stakeholders, including outside HR.
- An ability to work autonomously, identify and escalate bottlenecks as needed.
- Excel proficiency is a must.
- Knowledge of an HR information System (e.g. Workday) is considered as an advantage.
- You are fluent, both written and orally, in English. Any additional language would be an asset.
