Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Capacity and Performance Management Consultant to join our team in helping with Capacity and Performance Management adaptation to Cloud. The consultant would be responsible for implementing existing capacity & performance monitoring in Asset and Service level to enable the Capacity plan Roll out Phase.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level services in Capacity and Performance management area.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams, if needed.
  • KPIs development for Capacity & Performance Management in the Cloud.
  • Ensure that Capacity Management and Availability Management KPIs are monitored.
  • Analyze existing capacity/performance-related information and trends.
  • Identify gaps/bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in capacity and performance management within an IT environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Cloud experience.
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools and capacity planning software.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL processes.
  • Service Management experience.
  • Knowledge of IT-related technologies such as servers and systems, backup and storage, and networks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English is required. Any additional language is considered a plus.
  • Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps is considered a plus.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with BMC Remedy is considered a plus.
