Job DescriptionAs part of an interim mission, our international financial client based in Luxembourg is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to senior managers.As an Administrative Assistant, the candidate is the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.Main responsibilities :
  • Calendar Management
  • Travel coordination: managing complex travel arrangements for managers
  • Correspondence management: produce general correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Expense Management
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Telephone coverage: handling telephone calls professionally, taking accurate messages and notes
  • Team Support: provide backup assistance to other administrative assistants
  • Support for the governance committee
Main skills and qualifications
  • A secretarial Diploma
  • Similar professional experience in an international environment
  • Mastery of Office tools : Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams…
  • Fluent in English (other languages are an asset)
  • Organization, communication, initiative, autonomy and discretion
