- Manage the operational on/offboarding and integration of deal structures for complex acquisitions and disposals such as:
- Define, schedule, develop and maintain a realistic operational scenario;
- Identify and manage issues and risks;
- Follow up on receipt of the legal documentation;
- Extract the documentation from foreign data rooms and update internal records;
- Monitor the progress of the deals, ensure cross-department engagement and timely delivery on deal integration (L&C, Banking and AP, Data Management, IT);
- Create and update follow up trackers;
- Organize and attend meetings /calls , take minutes, and ensure follow up actions are completed;
- Coach and oversee tasks performed by COE or other contributors;
- Handle numerous ad-hoc requests.
- Analyze and set up extended deal structure operations, ensuring accurate implementation within the accounting ecosystem.
- Oversee contract management with external providers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure 100% compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Act as the key point of contact for external providers and operating partners during high-profile alternative asset transactions.
- Actively participate in team initiatives and process development to optimize transfer workflows.
- Provide strategic insights and detailed reporting on transfer progress to the Lead and further senior management actors.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position (Transactions, Client/Key account management);
- Bachelor/University Degree or equivalent;
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal efficiently with people at different level of hierarchy; * Fluency in English (verbally and in writing) – any other language is an advantage;
- Proven history of managing complex, multi-dependent tasks-sets under tight deadlines;

- Experience in Real Estate and Fund Structured Investments and/or Accounting will be definitely an asset;
- Prior exposure to the Yardi accounting system is a great advantage.
