You will work closely with clients, advising them on all banking and finance law issues.
Drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements will be a key part of your daily responsibilities.
You may also assist clients with financial operations such as bond issuances, loans, or acquisitions.
As a senior lawyer, you will be expected to contribute to the distribution of work among junior team members.
You will collaborate with other teams within the firm and potentially with international colleagues, ensuring comprehensive advice for your clients.
You will work closely with the Partner Banking & Finance as well as an associate.

Profile and Career Path | Law – Banking – Finance – Lawyer – Legal - Avocat

You have at least 5 years of experience as a banking and finance lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in English, with additional languages such as French or German being a plus.
You are well-organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines efficiently.
Strong communication skills allow you to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

You will earn a competitive salary up to €170.000 gross per year (independent status) based on your experience and skills. Please note assistance from a fiduciary will also be put at your disposal, to facilitate any administration relating to your status. You will also have a sport allowance, homeworking allowance and annual bonus.
