- Maintain and update internal and external databases, data files, websites with both dynamic and static fund data
- Collect, monitor, and validate data following established procedures and schedules
- Managing the collection of funds documents for public and client dissemination
- Initiate and track alerts; follow up on previously identified data concerns
- Draft, review, and update procedural documentation for data management processes
- Conduct ongoing control activities to ensure data quality, compliance and enhance operational efficiency
- Lead golden data source and record management, apply survivorship rules, and define system source-of-truth standards
- Design, implement, and oversee automated data quality controls, focusing on completeness, validity, consistency, timeliness, and uniqueness
- Standardize data input quality across key systems including Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Client Portal, and Power BI
- Support and coordinate all data-related activities for marketing media and organizational questionnaires
- Maintain marketing presentation
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance
- Proven experience in data management within the fund or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of data governance, data mapping, structuring, data quality controls, etc
- Good knowledge of finance and Investment funds
- Familiarity with relevant systems such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI, Visio, etc...
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lead data clean up projects
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, French or Italian are a plus
