• Manage and oversee the financial controlling activities of the Luxembourg entity, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with group standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as budgets and forecasts, and provide clear variance analyses to management.
• Act as a business partner to local and group stakeholders, delivering financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Contribute to process improvements, audits, and compliance, while coordinating with international finance teams.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar finance role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• You are fluent in English and German, enabling effective communication in an international context; French is a strong asset.
• You possess strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach, allowing you to manage both operational and strategic topics.
