Senior Controller – Belval, Become a CFOWe are recruiting for a well-established international industrial group that keeps growing year after year. The Luxembourg office, based in Belval is far from a satellite site — it’s one of the group’s key locations. Around 60 people work there, and the team plays a major role in how the business is run, especially on the financial side.To support this growth, the company is now looking for a Financial Controller to strengthen the local finance team. This role comes with real exposure at group level and is ideal for someone who wants more than just reporting. It’s a great opportunity for a finance professional who’s thinking long term and sees themselves stepping into a CFO role in the coming years, within a stable but fast-moving industrial setup.Your Responsibilities | Senior Controller – Industrial Sector - Luxembourg

Running the financial controlling for the Luxembourg entity and making sure numbers are solid, consistent, and in line with group rules.
Preparing monthly and yearly figures, forecasts, and budgets — and actually explaining what’s behind the numbers, not just producing them.
Working closely with management and international teams as a true finance partner, helping them make informed business decisions.
Getting involved in improving finance processes, supporting audits, and working hand in hand with colleagues across different countries.

Profile and Career Path | Become a CFO - Financial Controller – Industrial Company - Luxembourg

You have at least 5 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar finance role in Luxembourg, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
You are comfortable working in English and German on a daily basis; French is definitely a plus.
You like being hands-on, you’re analytical, and you’re not afraid to dive into both operational topics and bigger-picture questions.
You are ambitious, curious, and looking for a role that can genuinely evolve into a senior leadership position over time.
