Investment Fund Lawyer

• Advise clients on the structuring, formation, and operation of investment funds, including private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and other alternative fund structures.
• Draft and review fund documentation, such as limited partnership agreements, investment management agreements, and subscription documents.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and navigate Luxembourg’s legal and regulatory framework, including AIFMD, UCITS, and CSSF regulations.
• Support clients with ongoing legal issues related to fund governance, AML/KYC, investor relations, and corporate governance.
• Assist in M&A transactions, fund restructurings, and other complex legal matters.
• Work closely with clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulations.

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in investment funds law, with a strong focus on Luxembourg fund structures and regulations.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg laws and regulations governing investment funds (AIFMD, UCITS, CSSF).
• Education: Law degree from a reputable institution (Master’s level or equivalent).
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in French or German is a plus.
