Job DescriptionIntroduction :We are supporting a leading funds practice in Luxembourg, offering a Funds Lawyer position within a highly structured and internationally recognized environment. The team is known for its strong technical expertise, prestigious client base, and a culture that promotes development, accessibility to senior lawyers, and sustainable workload expectations.Responsibilities :
  • Advise on structuring, formation, and lifecycle of investment funds (AIF, UCITS)
  • Draft and review fund documentation and regulatory materials
  • Work closely with asset managers, institutional investors, and service providers
  • Collaborate directly with partners and counsels on complex cross-border fund structures

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in investment funds law in Luxembourg or an international firm
  • Strong command of English and French
  • Solid knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulations
