An innovative MedTech startup is building a next generation clinical software platform designed to support personalized treatment planning through advanced biomechanical modeling and digital patient simulations. The technology helps clinicians better understand complex conditions, evaluate treatment strategies, and make more informed decisions for patients.We are looking for a Product Manager who can operate both strategically and operationally, translating clinical and business needs into a powerful and intuitive medical software product.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will lead the development and lifecycle of a highly innovative clinical software platform. Acting as the bridge between engineering, clinical experts, regulatory specialists, and commercial teams, you will ensure the product delivers meaningful value to healthcare professionals and patients.Key responsibilities include:
  • Product strategy and roadmap
Define and evolve the product vision while balancing innovative capabilities with the requirements of a regulated medical environment. * Regulatory and quality alignmentWork closely with regulatory and quality teams to ensure the product meets international medical device software standards and supports proper design documentation and compliance processes. * Clinical validationCollaborate with clinicians and medical experts to validate the clinical relevance and usability of the platform’s outputs. * User focused designTranslate complex medical and biomechanical information into a clear and intuitive user experience that integrates seamlessly into demanding clinical workflows. * Cross functional leadershipManage and prioritize the product backlog while balancing clinical value, technical feasibility, and business priorities. * Commercial enablementSupport commercial teams by translating product capabilities into clear clinical value propositions and contributing to technical materials such as white papers, presentations, and product documentation. * Market insight and positioningMaintain awareness of emerging technologies and competitive solutions in the digital health and medical software space, ensuring clear differentiation and strong product positioning.Your Profile
  • Master’s degree in Biomechanical Engineering or a related technical field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in computational mechanics, modeling, simulation, or data driven engineering environments
  • 5 to 10 years of experience working with medical or healthcare related products
  • Strong understanding of digital health technologies, software platforms, or medical software development
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in an innovative startup environment
  • Purpose driven with a genuine interest in improving healthcare outcomes
