- Coordination and internal communication of Documentation projects as an interface between Regulatory Affairs and Research & Development
- Organization of product and raw material documentation for the FitLine product range
- Review and verify specifications for ingredients, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, ensuring that ingredients comply with the local regulations in various countries
- Verify product labels, ensuring compliance with ingredients documentation and regulatory requirements
- External communication with suppliers and contract manufacturers
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Nutritional Science, Food Chemistry, or related disciplines
- Work experience in the field of technical documentation (in food industry or related fields)
- Knowledge of food supplement ingredients, functional food and food regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented work style
- Effective communication skills in English are required. Additional languages will be considered as advantage
- Advanced skills in MS-Office 365
