Location: Remich (border area)
Working Hours: 20–26 hours per weekWe are a Single-Family Office looking for a reliable and motivated Administrative Colleague (Finance / Accounting / General Administration) to support our daily operations.Your Responsibilities
  • Act as point of contact for banks and other financial/service partners regarding payments and KYC procedures
  • Liaise with our external accountant regarding bookkeeping, VAT declarations and annual account preparation
  • Manage payment transactions and general office administration
  • Process legal and financial documentation; maintain databases and accounting records

Your Skills and Experience
  • Native-level German or Dutch, with fluent English
  • A commercial diploma, degree in business administration, or similar qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • Experience in bookkeeping would be an advantage
  • A structured, accurate, and independent working style
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize
  • Team player with organizational talent and motivation
  • Experience handling KYC processes
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
