- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching market trends, targeting high-potential prospects, and consistently generating a qualified pipeline through outbound activity.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring you understand each customer’s hiring needs, challenges, and goals.
- Conduct high-quality sales conversations, positioning our products with confidence, tailoring solutions, and demonstrating clear value throughout the sales cycle.
- Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales process — from prospecting, discovery, and product explanation through to negotiation and closing — while also supporting the ongoing success of existing accounts.
- Update and track all activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and effective collaboration across the commercial team.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Agency Recruitment, or a similar B2B sales role, ideally in a fast-paced or target-driven environment.
- Outstanding communication skills in French and English, enabling you to influence, persuade, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor recommendations to customer needs and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and resilient mindset, with the ability to thrive under KPIs, manage priorities effectively, and maintain momentum through challenges.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented approach, showing initiative, ownership, and a genuine desire to contribute positively to team performance and customer success.
