- Manage a portfolio of clients and act as their main point of contact
- Handle inbound requests and provide proactive phone-based support
- Drive customer adoption of digital tools (webshop, online resources, self-service platforms)
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow revenue
- Ensure systematic follow-up after each order to strengthen customer relationships
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into active customers
- Reactivate dormant accounts through structured outreach campaigns and phone follow-up
- First experience in B2B sales, ideally in inside sales, telesales, or account management within a technical or distribution-driven environment
- Strong commercial instinct: proactive, autonomous, resilient, and motivated by ambitious objectives and performance
- Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and follow-ups, with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn conversations into business growth
- Structured and organized in managing a portfolio and pipeline
- Curious and eager to understand technical products (films, coatings, wraps, or similar solutions); affinity with technical or construction-related industries is a strong asset
- Digitally comfortable and confident promoting online tools and self-service platforms
- Fluent in French and professional working proficiency in English
