The Senior Valuation and NAV Controlling will contribute to the valuation management policies and procedures of the AIFM and will report to the Conducting Officer in charge of Valuation.What you'll do for usReview and sign off on the NAVs of each fundUnderstand the valuation process for each fund and document the same at onboarding and continue to monitor on ongoing basisReview and carry out due diligence on any third-party valuation agent appointed to each fundAssisting in the reporting to the AIFM board on at least a quarterly basis on the valuations of the fundsReview and participate in the audit process for each fundAd-hoc tasks to assist the growth of the business and ensure smooth running of daily activitiesWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?Have a university degree in Economics, Finance or similar fieldsProfessional qualifications (CFA, CAIA,…) would be considered as an assetHave a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a valuation professional or as an auditor in the fund industry (preferably coming from AIFM, management company or Big Four with experience of Private Equity and/or Real Estate AIFs)Have a good knowledge and understanding of the Luxembourg fund industry and AIFM regulationsHave proven ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiativeAre also a team player with good communication skillsHave analytical approach and strong MS Excel skillsAre fluent in English.
