Its solutions are largely based on unit-linked insurance policies, serving the needs of affluent, high net worth (HNW), and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) individuals.Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?The Senior Private Markets Monitoring Analyst is responsible for performing adequate assessment of valuation, capital transactions, restructuring and risks linked to Private Equity/Real Estate funds or any other private assets not traded, in order to mitigate financial, operational, legal and reputational risks.Your responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Review and analysis of standard private assets transaction documentation,
  • Coordination with internal and external partners of any sensitive topics,
  • Enhanced assessment of the valuation of the private investments as well as all relevant risk factors related to that investment within an insurance policy as a whole,
  • The execution of controls in relation to the valuation of PE/RE funds including the cash & securities reconciliation, the analysis of variances, the reconciliation of units and other related tasks,
  • Close supervision and coordination of any re-structuring, corporate action on existing positions in private assets,
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of collected and analysed documentation and evidence,
  • Ensure accurate application of the corporate unquoted assets policy and procedures.
Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Senior Private Markets Monitoring Analyst?
  • Bachelor or Master in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any other relevant field,
  • 3-5 years' experience in Private Equity or Real Estate fund administration through a Management Company, a Bank or Insurance company Private Equity's desk or an Audit firm,
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Hands on attitude, i.e., full ownership of assigned cases,
  • Flexible, must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment,
  • Confident, professional approach to dealing with colleagues from different departments,
  • Strong team spirit and a dynamic personality,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Familiarity with the common MS Office software is a must,
  • Proficiency in English. Fluency in French is a strong advantage.
