- Strategize, identify, and chase new revenue opportunities company-wide and set up the GTM strategy (focus on B2B rather than B2C).
- Work closely with the VP of Sales and VP of Business Development to strengthen sales strategy, improve team performance, and ensure consistent execution.
- Collaborate with different departments to identify and activate commercial opportunities embedded within technical, product, or partnership initiatives.
- Evaluate commercial opportunities, bids, and partnerships, push opportunities forward, ensure consistent follow-up, and coach team members to drive successful outcomes.
- Establish and monitor commercial KPIs to track performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously bring new commercial ideas and proactively secure market commitments from B2B customers and strategic partners.
- Bridge internal gaps and build trust across teams, fostering collaboration and alignment around revenue generation.
- Drive fast-paced execution, moving initiatives from discussion to decision and action with urgency.
- Represent the company in meetings with partners, prospects, and customers, and be willing to travel as needed.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, ideally within the satellite, telecom, or closely related industries.
- Proven success in B2B sales, partnerships, or growth leadership roles, preferably within startup or scale-up environments.
- Strong understanding of the satellite communications ecosystem, ideally including IoT and Direct-to-Device (D2D) connectivity, with established industry relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to aggressively pursue opportunities and “chase the money,” with a proactive, results-driven hunter mentality.
- Experience driving commercial activities across multiple departments beyond traditional sales functions.
- Curiosity, ambition, and integrity, with the energy and hunger to grow into a larger executive role.
- Strong personality with the ability to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders, and accelerate decision-making.
- Exceptional follow-up and execution skills, ensuring opportunities consistently move forward.
- Willingness to relocate to Luxembourg HQ and engage closely with teams on-site.
- Experience working in multicultural, fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with strong curiosity, energy, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic organization.
