UBS RecruitingYour teamYou will join the GFIW Benelux & Nordics team in Luxembourg, a collaborative and high-performing group serving sophisticated Ultra Net Worth clients, Family Offices and entrepreneurs clients with global, cross divisional solutions across all asset classes.The team focuses on:
- Delivering a unified, One UBS service model shaped by deep collaboration with product specialists and partners across divisions
- Providing institutional grade capabilities through a private banking relationship approach
- Ensuring clients receive seamless support at every step of their wealth journey.
- 5+ years of experience in UHNW/FO or institutional relationship management, ideally in the Benelux or Nordics region
- Proven ability in asset gathering, business development and delivering sophisticated investment solutions
- Strong understanding of the Wealth Management product universe, CIO views, and regulatory frameworks
- A commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build strong networks across markets and divisions
- High standards of execution, documentation and risk awareness
- Fluency in English, with strong preference for Dutch, French or Nordic languages
- Regulatory certifications required for client-facing roles (or willingness to obtain them)
