Job DescriptionRSM Luxembourg is a member of the RSM International network represented in 120+ countries, the world's 6th largest network of audit, tax and consulting firms.With a team of around 150 employees, RSM in Luxembourg is a strong medium-sized organization with a sound human touch and solid values.We assist international organizations, local businesses as well as private individuals in all their Luxembourg tax, accountancy, fund administration, audit and payroll needs.RSM Tax & Accounting Luxembourg provides a full range of accounting and tax services to a prestigious clientele and is looking for a dynamic person to join its tax practice:Tax & Compliance Advisor Officer (m/f)Graduated from university or business school, with a first experience of 3 to 6 years in a similar environment, you will join our tax team.You will assist our clients with their tax compliance and will provide tax advice on Luxembourg and international tax aspects.You will be part of a human-sized team where collaboration and knowledge-sharing are at the heart of everything we do. Beyond compliance, you will advise a variety of client across industries, from startups to international businesses and will provide strategic tax planning solutions.Your mission will be:· To prepare and to review tax provisions;· To prepare and to review direct tax returns;· To review the tax work of other colleagues and act as contact person for corporate tax compliance technical issues within the company;· To work on tax advisory projects for national and international clients.The successful candidate will have the following profile :· You are graduated from a business school or university with majors in tax, accounting and finance;· You have at least 3 years of experience in a tax compliance/advisory role in Luxembourg, preferably with a Big 4 or a Luxembourg firm specialized in tax compliance;· Luxembourg complementary tax exams as well as “Expert Comptable” title would be an asset;· You are fluent in French and English. Good German and Luxemburgish skills will be an advantage;· You have excellent verbal and written communication skills;· You are analytical, eager to learn and motivated by challenge;· You are an independent worker, proactive and effective team player.
