Handle day-to-day Learning Centers operations and perform administrative functions. Support retention and acquisition sales functions.CORE RESPONSABILITIESEnsuring delivery by organizing the scheduling of lessons in the lesson planning system
Provide customer support handling customer schedules, and cancellations
Manage instructors availabilities in the planning system and communicate them their schedules
Boosting and follow-up of lessons to ensure timely delivery
Actively contribute to improve processes and strategic scheduling
Handle incoming customer inquiries, calls and client conversations
Maintain positive customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure optimal Language Center appearance
External and internal customer service
Enter and manage customer information in CRM systems and work with other colleagues from Customer Service BENELUX
Order course materials and oversee the material inventory
Support the Learning Cycle, related reports, and certificates
Prepare for instructor payroll and monthly closing
Support the sales team and the school director
Carry out additional responsibilities to support the Language Center as assigned by local management
Fluency in French (C1-C2) and English (C1-C2) is mandatory.
