Plan, manage and control mold sourcing
Build robust process documentation and reporting system
Plan mold requirements for EMEA including delivery timing and cost estimates for all EMEA tire molds based on input from all business units, procurement, Supply Chain and Mold Engineering
Work with business units to maximize value generation through mold investments serving a relevant market demand
Work with project managers to continuously keep mold purchases in line with updated project timelines and roadmap changes
Control mold ordering in line with approved product roadmaps and PBU plans
Provide a feasible mold procurement plan to project managers and deliver molds on time to tire plants for market introduction of new products
Work with mold procurement to obtain quotes and with LuxMold plant to optimize capacity utilization

You'll Bring

Degree in Business or Engineering
3 years of project management experience or PMP certification.
Recent 1-3 years experience in one of the Marketing, Sales, Operations, or RDE&Q functions, with understanding of the new product development / PCP process.
Proven analytical ability and business savviness
Strong process orientation
Good understanding of reporting systems
Demonstrated project management skills
