- Act as the central hub for all international multimedia asset requests (social media, campaigns, product launches, events, internal needs).
- Structure and validate incoming requests to ensure clarity on objectives, formats, and deadlines.
- Communicate directly with stakeholders to align expectations.
- Prioritize all requests based on urgency, business impact, and strategic relevance.
- Manage the full workflow using tools like Asana.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, content, marketing) and external partners.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and aligned with deadlines.
- Organize and maintain all multimedia assets within the DAM system (e.g., Iconik).
- Ensure proper tagging, naming conventions, and version control.
- Maintain a clear and accessible asset structure for global usage.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets to all relevant stakeholders and markets.
- Support social media teams and marketing departments with the right formats and specifications.
- Enable easy access to approved assets for internal teams and distributors.
- Review all assets to ensure they meet PM-International’s brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency across all channels and markets.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure high-quality output.
- Continuously improve workflows and asset management processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline production.
- Implement best practices for handling increasing content demand.
- Track project timelines, request volumes, and turnaround times.
- Provide insights to improve planning and resource allocation.
- Experience in multimedia asset management, content operations, or project coordination
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree either in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar
- Strong experience with Asana (mandatory)
- Experience with Iconic (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and strong sense of brand consistency
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Other languages are considered as an advantage.
