Discover more below!Responsabilities :As Fund Controller, you will oversee the entire financial lifecycle of complex investment vehicles.Review the Net Asset Value calculations produced by external service providers to ensure total accuracy.Monitor the cash flow movements and liquidity requirements for various international sub-funds.Coordinate the annual audit process by acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors.Supervise the preparation of regulatory reports and financial statements according to Lux GAAP and IFRS.Analyze the operating expenses and management fees to maintain strict budget oversight across the portfolio.Profile :This Fund Controller position requires a meticulous approach to financial data and strong analytical skills.At least 5 years of experience in fund accounting or financial auditing within the Luxembourg market.Degree in Finance or Accounting with a solid understanding of alternative assets structures.Professional level of English is essential; knowledge of French or German is considered a distinct advantage.
