Financial Controller - Industry - German & English

• Manage and oversee all financial and accounting operations.
• Control and review all the costs, the invoices and the cash.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies and controls.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively.
• Speak English and German.
