- Own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterpises in Luxembourg
- Work collaboratively with two dedicated Account Managers, providing strategic technical guidance and positioning
- Partner with the Channel Partner Manager for Luxembourg to ensure partner enablement
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from system administrators to CISO
- Deep dive into technical transformation concepts and evolving threat landscapes to position Trend Micro solutions strategically
- Deliver comprehensive pre-sales support across the entire Trend Micro portfolio Lead RFP/RFI activities, including technical requirements analysis and response development
- Design solution architectures and high-level system designs tailored to customer environments
- Provide consultative product and solution expertise that addresses business drivers and security challenges
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer infrastructure, compliance requirements, and strategic objectives
- Whiteboard and present architecture designs to technical and executive stakeholders
- Proof-of-Value (POV) & Technical Engagement
- Lead technical engagements throughout the pre-sales cycle.
- Install, configure, and validate Trend Micro solutions during POVs and technical evaluations.
- Manage own time effectively across multiple concurrent technical engagements
- Collaborate closely with the Channel Partner Manager to identify qualified partners, coordinate technical enablement, and support partner-led deals
- Enable Channel Partners with technical training, certifications, and marketing materials Continuous Improvement & Product Feedback
- Collaborate with Product SMEs and Product Management teams to identify technical improvements and enhancement opportunities
- Contribute to departmental best practices, strategies, methodologies, and documentation for increased operational efficiency
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and large-group presentations to demonstrate expertise
- Stay current with threat landscape developments and Trend Micro product roadmap
- Proven track record of success with enterprise accounts and demonstrated ability to win complex projects and oversee their deployment
- Successful history deploying and managing security solutions in production environments
- Operating Systems: Deep Windows and Linux experience (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Networking: Strong IP networking knowledge and practical experience (Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification/experience)
- Virtualization: Strong working knowledge of VMware, vSphere, and containerized environments
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure and AWS (architecture, deployment, security configurations)
- Enterprise Security: Deep knowledge of endpoint protection, server security, firewalls, and IPS technologies
- Security Applications: Network security expertise including email and web security solutions
- Directory Services: Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL Server Malware & Threats: Understanding of malware techniques, attack methods, and prevention/mitigation strategies
- Strategic thinker with expertise in cybersecurity and security transformation
- Exceptional white-boarding, presentation, and public speaking abilities
- Strong multi-tasking and problem resolution capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to interface effectively with diverse technical stakeholders
- Customer centric mindset and ability to instruct/guide at multiple levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision
- Quick learner with demonstrated desire to continuously develop new tools and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple technical engagements and priorities effectively
