Job Requisition N°19988Your tasks
- You define and implement the Business Process Management (BPM) strategy and organisation, ensuring alignment with Creos' strategy, regulatory and legal obligations and long-term transformation objectives.
- You are responsible for the design and maintenance of the enterprise process architecture, covering end-to-end value chains of core, support, and management processes.
- You ensure consistent process documentation standards and tooling, and maintain a central, enterprise-wide process repository.
- You define, monitor, and report E2E process performance, using KPIs, dashboards, and data driven insights.
- You identify process optimization opportunities that deliver measurable business impact in terms of cost efficiency, quality, risk mitigation, compliance and customer experience.
- You support business units in translating strategic objectives into effective and optimized E2E processes.
- You drive change management and organizational adoption of BPM, through targeted communication, training, and engagement initiatives.
- You work transversally with business, IT, BCP and Data teams to ensure that processes are designed customer-centric and digital first.
- You act as strategic advisor to senior management and the Management Committee, preparing and presenting BPM roadmaps, progress updates, and impact analyses, and managing external partners or consultants when required.
- You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have a collaborative mindset with strong leadership qualities.
- You show a pragmatic approach to BPM.
- You have a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and best practices.
- You show commitment, a customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering results.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German
