Agent Shipping, Receiving & Customs

• Receive incoming aircraft parts and other supplies delivered to Cargolux premises
• Inspect packages for signs of shipping damage; open and unpack shipments
• Control Part numbers, Serial numbers and quantities in adherence to the shipper’s invoice and the Cargolux order
• Raise a Receiving Discrepancy report and updating the master log as required
• Prepare the shipment for Quality Control acceptance
• Enter the receiving data into the TRAX system
• Maintain filing records
• Work closely with connected departments
• Maintain the work area and its surroundings in a clean and orderly state

• Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent
• Be customer-focused and have a cooperative attitude
• Have good communication skills and able to work with a team
• Fluency in written and spoken English, French would be considered as a distinct advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
• Being responsible for the adherence to all internal procedures when performing his/her duty and must use best practice at all times

• Full-time position based in Luxembourg
• Fixed-term contract for a replacement during parental leave
• Flexibility of working hours is required
• The position holder should hold a CAT B driving licence
• The position holder should have experience or at least an aptitude in forklift driving. Training will in any case be given and test passed
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
• The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment
