Job DescriptionAs a Senior CIT Officer, you will join our CIT team in Luxembourg and be involved in a broad range of CIT compliance assignments.You will be part of a supportive and experienced team, where knowledge sharing and collaboration are strongly encouraged.   • Prepare and review complex Luxembourg CIT returns and related filings
  • Ensure the technical robustness and consistency of CIT positions adopted
  • Support clients in improving and securing their CIT reporting processes
  • Monitor CIT legislative and case law developments and assess their practical impacts
  • Participate in CIT due diligences (buy-side and sell-side)
  • Assist clients in the context of CIT audits and controls performed by the Luxembourg Tax Authorities
  • Analyse CIT risks and develop structured, well-justified and pragmatic solutions on a daily basis
Team contribution:
  • Supervise and support junior team members in the preparation of CIT returns
  • Review their works, provide guidances and contribute to their technical developments
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of the CIT practice
Your profile:
  • Experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in CIT compliance aspects
  • Education
  • Accounting Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
  • Any degree related to direct tax aspects (e.g. Luxembourg Tax Certification) is an asset
  • Languages
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • French and/or German is considered as an asset
  • Skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of CIT topics
  • Capacity to identify issues, structure solutions and support conclusions with sound technical reasoning
  • Client-oriented mindset combined with a strong team spirit
  • Strong organisational skills and capacity to work under pressure during the busy periods
