- Daily policy administration from A to Z within the Dedicated Funds team (subscription, surrenders, switch, any kind of modification)
- Service our clients, partners and other stakeholders (asset managers, custodians etc.)
- Coordinate smooth running of the tasks required to complete the customer's request, while complying with service quality and deadlines
- Be in charge of the first level of compliance and anti-money laundering controls
- Build long lasting professional relationships
- Have knowledge on life insurance contracts & financial products
- In-house coordination with: Sales, Wealth Planning, Compliance, Products, Unlisted Team and Tax & Legal
- 5 year of customer service experience from an insurer
- Knowledge of the dedicated funds on the French/Belgian market
- Knowledge on FAS support
- A team player substantiated by excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in French.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Member of the Insurance collective agreement
