  • You will assist both local and international clients on a variety of legal matters.
  • Your tasks will include drafting, analyzing, and negotiating legal documentation such as financing agreements and commercial contracts.
  • You will provide strategic advice directly to clients, supporting their business initiatives.
  • Staying current with regulatory changes will be part of your routine through ongoing legal research and monitoring.
Profile and Career Path | Law – Attorney – Legal – Regulatory – Finance
  • You have between 1 and 4 years of experience in Banking & Finance law within a law firm in Luxembourg.
  • You are fluent in English and either French or German, which allows you to communicate efficiently with your peers and clients.
  • Your proactive mindset helps you take full advantage of development opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills are key to managing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
