  • You will be responsible for handling transactions independently, with partners always available to support you if needed.
  • You will be expected to guide junior team members and review their work to ensure quality and consistency.
  • You will draft complex transactional documents, including those involving cross-border transactions.
  • You will be required to conduct legal monitoring to stay up to date with evolving regulations and to proactively offer new solutions to your clients to ensure continued compliance.
  • Speaking of clients, it will be essential to maintain strong client relationships and to actively contribute to strengthening the firm’s client portfolio.
Profile and Career Path | Legal – Law – Regulation – Investment fund – Attorney – Juridic
  • You have between 5 and 8 years of experience as a fund lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
  • Being a member of the Bar (List I or IV) is essential to fully meet the requirements of this position.
  • To ensure smooth communication with colleagues, clients, and third parties, you are fluent in both French and English. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
  • You are an expert in Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and have a deep understanding of the structures and regulations surrounding these vehicles.
  • Being a strong team player is crucial in this role. However, you will also be expected to manage cases autonomously.
  • Demonstrating career stability is important, as it reflects your intention to commit to a long-term collaboration with your future team and work environment.
