- Manage client money-out requests from receipt to payment,
- Comply with procedures, controls, industry rules and regulations,
- Monitor ongoing transactions until completion and payment,
- Respond to client and partner queries via email and other channels swiftly and accurately to help achieve customer satisfaction as well as service standards,
- Prepare, scan, send confirmation letters and other necessary communication,
- Perform servicing and maintenance tasks on policies,
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing,
- Assist colleagues with daily tasks and contribute to continuous process improvement,
- Meet Service Level Agreements and deadlines,
- Uphold quality standards.
- University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or any other relevant field and/or relevant experience in Client Services/ Policy Administration in the insurance sector,
- Previous experience in life insurance, banking, financial services, or operations is an asset,
- Fluency in English. Any other European language is an asset,
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Knowledge of AML / KYC requirements preferred,
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks,
- Team-player with a proactive and flexible mindset,
- Proficient in Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
