We are seeking a Senior BMC Remedy ITSM Consultant to join our client, a EU Institution. The ideal candidate will focus on BMC development, configuration, and integration, with a proven track record of participation in complex integration projects.Key Responsibilities:· Provide expert-level services for BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.· Perform BMC development, configuration, and integration using technologies such as REST API, web services, and script-based solutions.· Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.· Conduct workshops for clients and internal teams, if needed.· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Remedy ITSM and integrations.· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and BMC product updates.Qualifications:· Minimum 5 years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.· Proficiency in using Spoon, PowerShell, and Data Manager for data migration.· Experience with Cloud technologies .· Strong experience with REST API, web services, and script-based solutions for integration projects.· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.· Fluent English. Any other language is considered a plus.· Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps is considered a plus.
